What do you need to start?+
Your judgment’s county and index number, the debtor’s name, and the amount. We confirm it is valid and enforceable, then open the file and begin tracing assets.
How old can my judgment be?+
New York money judgments stay enforceable for years and can be renewed, so an older judgment is often still very collectible. Send it over and we will check.
How long does collection take?+
It depends on the debtor and what they hold. Some judgments resolve in weeks; others take longer. We investigate first, so our effort goes toward money that is actually reachable.
Which judgments do you take?+
New York money judgments that are valid, unsatisfied, and not subject to bankruptcy or child support. Commercial and personal judgments both qualify.
