Do I need a lawyer to work with you?
No. We handle enforcement under a clear services agreement, and we bring in licensed counsel when a court filing or appearance requires it.
What does it cost?
Nothing up front. Our fee is a percentage of what we actually recover, and reasonable enforcement costs are reimbursed from the recovery. If we collect nothing, you owe nothing.
How old can my judgment be?
New York money judgments stay enforceable for years and can be renewed, so an older judgment is often still very much collectible. Send it over and we will check.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Your case details are kept confidential and used only to pursue your judgment.
What can’t you take?
We do not handle judgments that have already been satisfied or vacated, or any matter involving child support.
